Oversized / Non-Standard Vehicles
All transport quotations are based on standard vehicle dimensions occupying one transport space. Due to variations in vehicle width, height, length, wheelbase, tyre size, body modifications, lift kits, aftermarket accessories, or manufacturer design, it is not always possible to accurately determine the transport space required until the vehicle is physically loaded and positioned on the transporter.
If, at the time of loading or positioning, a vehicle is found to exceed standard dimensions or requires additional positioning space, including but not limited to large SUVs, 4×4 vehicles, American pickups, wide-body vehicles, vehicles with oversized tyres, roof racks, body kits, or modifications, the vehicle may occupy more than one transport space. In such circumstances we reserve the right to apply an additional charge equivalent to the additional transport space required.
If, at the time of loading, a vehicle is found to exceed standard dimensions or positioning requirements and occupies more than one transport space, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge equivalent to the extra space required.
If the customer refuses to accept the additional charge, we reserve the right to refuse loading, or retain the vehicle until payment is made, or place the vehicle into storage where daily storage charges will apply. The final determination of the space required for safe transport is made solely by the transporter operator at the time of loading.
By instructing us to transport the vehicle, the customer accepts responsibility for any additional charges resulting from oversized or non-standard vehicles requiring additional transport space. Any dimensions or information provided by the customer regarding the vehicle are the customer’s responsibility and must be accurate.
Fuel Price Adjustment / Fuel Surcharge
Due to the volatility of global fuel markets and circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to war, international conflict, sanctions, supply disruptions, or significant market fluctuations, fuel prices may increase significantly between the time of booking and the time of transport.
We therefore reserve the right to apply a reasonable fuel surcharge where fuel prices increase substantially after a quotation has been issued or a booking has been confirmed.
Any fuel surcharge applied will be proportionate to the increase in operating costs and will be advised to the customer prior to transport where reasonably possible.
By accepting our services, the customer agrees that fuel surcharges may be applied where significant fuel price increases occur outside of our control.
