Delays Due to Circumstances Beyond Our Control

While we always make every effort to meet agreed schedules, transport times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions, ferry cancellations or delays, port congestion, road closures, mechanical issues, or other global or regional events that disrupt transport and ferry operations.

Delays occurring in previous journeys or during the previous operating period may create a knock-on effect that impacts subsequent transport schedules.

In such circumstances, we cannot be held responsible or liable for delays caused by these external factors. We strongly recommend that customers arrange appropriate travel or transport insurance to cover any potential delays or disruption to planned schedules.

Force Majeure and Transport Delays

While every effort is made to maintain agreed schedules, transport services may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, ferry delays or cancellations, port congestion, mechanical breakdowns, road closures, strikes, customs inspections or delays, government restrictions, acts of war, pandemics, or other global or regional events.

Such circumstances may also cause delays to previous journeys, which can result in a knock-on effect to subsequent scheduled transport operations.

In these situations, we shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay, cancellation, loss of time, or consequential costs arising from events beyond our control.
Transit times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel or transport insurance to cover potential delays, disruption, or additional costs that may arise during the transportation process.
