Customs: Upload Your Files

In order to transport your vehicle between the UK and Europe, customs will require paperwork including your passport, the vehicle’s V5, and delivery details. If returning a vehicle to the UK, you will also need proof of when the vehicle entered Europe.

Pages 1 & 2 of your V5
Your current address in Spain
The vehicle’s destination address in the UK
A copy of the vehicle’s MOT

Europe to UK

A scan/photocopy of the vehicle owner’s passport
Pages 1 & 2 of your V5
Your current address in Spain
The vehicle’s destination address in the UK
Proof of when the vehicle entered Europe. (e.g. Ferry crossing receipt)

* If the vehicle is a company vehicle or on finance, please also include a letter of authorisation in with the documents pack.
